选择题：选择题部分整体难度与2010年持平，属于偏易程度。文章长度、词汇量和难度都适中，题型以细节题为主，定位比较明显，没有乱序，同义替换较少，归纳概括的要求也比较简单。

填空题难度比往年略有降低，答案定位比较容易，与表格形式完全对应，不过需要考生自己加工的题目较多，但是只要能好好利用并列结构的统一就能保证不错的正确率。

简答题前三道题的定位都很明显，最后一题稍微增加难度但只要理解题目问的是running 和 jogging的区别就比较好组织答案。

82. miserably, months ago定位到第二段第三行，题目问的是作者fail to do 的事情，前一句话提到我想试试自己是否能够jog to the end of the street. 然后说failed miserably. 答案：She failed to jog to the end of the street.

84. 概括：running different from jogging, 全文最后一句：I normally jog because I want to look good. I want to run because it makes me feel good 答案综合归纳为Running makes her feel good while jogging makes her look good.
